Program Description:
The Healthcare Leadership Well-Being Summit is a one-day program designed to equip healthcare leaders with the tools and strategies to address burnout, foster resilience, and cultivate a culture of well-being within their organizations. Through three distinct tracks focused on program implementation, individual resilience, and leadership strategies, participants will gain actionable insights from experts, engage in interactive discussions, and develop personalized plans to create a healthier and more sustainable healthcare workforce.
Learning objectives:
- Assess the current state of well-being within your organization, identifying key challenges, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop a well-being program tailored to the specific needs and resources of your organization.
- Implement well-being initiatives, including securing buy-in from stakeholders, allocating resources, and managing change processes.
- Utilize validated measurement tools and data analysis techniques to assess the impact of well-being programs on staff and organizational outcomes

You will not only learn approaches and processes for design and implementation, but also better understand who the stakeholders are throughout your organization and how to engage them throughout the process for successful implementation of your well-being program.
