Rick Halligan oversees all aspects of the facility, which includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping. He maintains all areas of the office environment, including retaining and advising vendors for copying, cleaning, and maintenance. He is also involved in the facilitation and setup of audio visual needs for internal and external attendees throughout the various conference rooms hosting meetings at MHA. 

Rick runs the MHA copy center where he’s able to use his graphics background to assist in the design, printing, and distribution of MHA publications.  Rick also oversees the budget for the copy center and the facilities management of the MHA complex.
