In her role as Chief People Officer, Jan drives MHA’s people and culture strategy as well as overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function.  As a seasoned HR professional, Jan brings expertise in the areas of employee and labor relations, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.  She also has extensive experience helping organizations build inclusive and dynamic company cultures that support employee development and success.

Prior to joining MHA, Jan held HR leadership positions at various organizations in healthcare, senior living, and human services, most recently as the SVP of HR for The May Institute in Randolph, Mass. Her focus has been on helping mission-driven organizations achieve their goal of providing high-quality care to underserved populations.

Jan holds a BA in English Literature from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School.
